A DME file was created (payment medium program RFFO*) which is to be copied onto a PC disk or a PC hard drive using the RFFODOWN program. The file generated is, however, not found.
The file generated is not on the computer where RFFODOWN was started.
A possible cause for this can, for example, be that a file name or a file name with a directory which can only be described and read from the batch machine was not entered when running the payment medium program.
Temporary solution: Log on to a batch machine and start RFFODOWN there.
Medium-term solution: Use the "File name" parameter for the payment medium program by specifying a directory which can be read from all machines, for example /sapmnt.
Long-term solution: Use the DME administration with the option of writing to the TemSe file instead of to the file system (available for the RFFOD__U payment medium program as of Release 2.2 as a prototype for all other programs as of Release 3.0).
