SAP Note 28466 - Incorrect message 06407 for missing authorization

Symptom:

If a user does not have authorizations for the items of a purchase requisition, he/she is issued with error message 06407 ('the purchase requisition does not exist') when he/she tries to display or change the purchase requisition.
