SAP Note 28450 - Change option for cost price

Symptom:

The cost price was set as changeable in Customizing. When trying to change this in change mode, you get the error message
'Requirements are not fulfilled'

Cause and prerequisites

Condition VPRS uses requirement 004.
This does not work correctly in change mode.
