SAP Note 27727 - CO doc. display: F4 shows incorrect trans. text

Symptom:

Message: The transaction text is incorrect, for example, the text 'Activity allocation' is output for a document from Financial Accounting.

Cause and prerequisites

Program error
Preconditions:
1. The customer calls up the document display
2. The document number is searched for with the possible entries pushbutton ( F4 key)
3. On the subsequent screen, the search is limited, for example, by means of the posting date
4. The following list outputs the transaction which created this document.
==> An incorrect text is displayed here.

Solution
1. Ignore the incorrect text until the correction is active or
2. implement the following repair.
