SAP Note 27679 - Credit: Update of the open delivery value

Symptom:

The open delivery value is updated when entering and changing deliveries, although the deliveries are not relevant for billing. This is incorrect since the open delivery value has already been updated from the order item.

Program error, if order items relevant for delivery with order-related billing document
