SAP Note 27389 - Updating of admin. data after changing a long text

Symptom:

You change only a long text when maintaining the material master. If you then display the administrative data for the material master, this change is not shown.
(The long text itself and the change documents are saved correctly though.)

Cause and prerequisites

The special case of only long texts being changed was not properly taken into account in the updating of administrative data until now.

Solution
Problem corrected in Release 2.2G and Release 3.0B.
