SAP Note 27365 - Error BP027 when budgeting/planning cap.invest.prog.

Symptom:

When you try to enter budget values or planned values for capital investment program items, the following error message occurs:
BP027 "Please choose a year between & and &"

Cause and prerequisites

The standard entries of table TBP1C were inconsistent.

Solution
Please write and execute the following correction program.
Prior to starting the report, please make sure that the specifications of the UPDATE statement are the same as in this note because the UPDATE may actually only change very certain records of table TBP1C!
