SAP Note 27326 - Copy from project/WBS if deletion indicator set

Symptom:

Processing: Create or change project/work breakdown structure (WBS).

Function: Copying WBS elements with deletion flag

Setting: WBS elements marked for deletion should not be displayed. This is also the default setting when calling up the transaction.
Error: When including WBS elements or creating a project by copying, the WBS elements which are marked for deletion in the copied from project are also copied.

Error: If when you use the function 'Insert WBS element', you
specify an element with a deletion flag, an program
abend occurs.
Setting: WBS elements marked for deletion are displayed.
Error: WBS elements that are marked for deletion cannot be
inserted.


Function: Copying WBS elements withoug (display) authorization

Authorization concept: If the user does not have the authorization
to display WBS element, he should not be able
to copy a WBS element, nor its subordinate
WBS elements.
The user should not be able to change or
select WBS elements on the list screen
'Insert WBS elements'.
Error: WBS elements, which are situated on the same level AND
positioned on the right side in the project hierarchy,
as well as their subordinate elements cannot be selected
or changed.
If the user carries out the function 'Insert WBS element'
without the display authorization, a program abend occurs.
