SAP Note 27239 - Actual line items: F4 on cost element group

Symptom:

Message: If you want to select a cost element group with F4, there are 2 faults:
a) The chart of accounts is not proposed from the controlling area
b) If you want to obtain the chart of accounts with F4, you indeed
get a nice list of all plans and you can also choose one but
unfortunately, it is not copied.
