SAP Note 27008 - WBS: Values are not copied from project definition

Symptom:

When creating new WBS elements (without copying) the following values are not included from the project definition:
PROJ-VERNR Number of the person responsible (project manager)
PROJ-VERNA Person responsible (project manager)
PROJ-ASTNR Number of the applicant
PROJ-ASTNA Applicant
PROJ-JIBCL JIB/JIBE Class
PROJ-JIBSA JIB/JIBE Sub-class

Correction
If you are making this correction and you have Release 2.1, then you should not include the lines containing the following fields:
JIBCL JIB/JIBE Class
JIBSA JIB/JIBE Sub-class
These fields are not a part of Release 2.1.
