If a user decision is defined in the workflow definition for FCS, a work item does not appear in the inbox of the appropriate administrator.
Cause and prerequisitesThe standard task underlying a user decision is not classified as a "general task".
SolutionSAP standard task TS8267 must be classified as a general task.
You do this in the task catalog (transaction PFTS) under the menu option Additional data / Classification / Create.
On the following screen, set the "General task" indicator and save this setting.
