SAP Note 23275 - Transporting allocations

Symptom:

In SD Customizing for setting the organizational structures, you cannot transfer the sales and distribution allocations by means of a transport button as it is displayed for other Customizing views.
This applies to the following allocations:

Term Report Trans Tables - Sales Organization -> Company Code RVOTVKO OVX3 TVKO
- Dist. Channels -> Sales Organization RVOTVKOV OVXK TVKOV
- Divisions -> Sales Organization RVOTVKOS OVXA TVKOS
- Sales Areas RVOTVTA OVXG TVTA
- Sales Offices -> Sales Areas RVOTVKBZ OVXM TVKBZ
- Sales Groups -> Sales Office RVOTVBVK OVXJ TVBVK
- Plants -> Sales Org./Dist.Channel RVOTVKWZ OVX6 TVKWZ
- Shipping Poin(s) -> Plants RVOTVSWZ OVXC TVSWZ

Cause and prerequisites

This was not programmed

Solution
The entries were transferred to the correction system with R3TR TABU.

You can transport the entries with the following correction structure:

PgmID Obj Object name Function ObjStatus
R3TR TABU TVKO K

*** NOTE:
For object name, fill this with the name of the table from the reference list above.
Double-click on the line just entered, "R3TR TABU....." and this will bring you to the "MAINTAIN KEY DATA" screen where you need to select "insert line". Then double-click on the "Key beginning" field and you can input the specific values that you want to copy.

Then, all you need to do is to release the correction and transport.
