SAP Note 22974 - RAKOPL01/02 Primary cost planning f.derived depreciatn areas

Symptom:

During primary cost planning with RAKOPL01 or RAKOPL02 for derived depreciation areas, the system generates one of the following error messages:
AB014: "Accounts not maintained",
AB028: "Missing posting rules",
AB029: "Missing cost elements".

Reason and Prerequisites

Primary cost planning for derived depreciation areas is not supported.
During the actual depreciation run for derived depreciation areas, posting takes place to special accounts for the allocation to and the reversal of special items for reserve. Generally, these accounts are not relevant for the cost accounting and not set up as cost element.
Therefore, as a rule, it is not useful to transfer valuesfrom derived depreciation areas into the cost planning.

Solution
You can display the values in reporting and copy them manually to the cost planning, if necessary.
