Setting up the billing index for volume-based rebate (table VBOX, program RV15B001) is too slow.
During the first run of the program, all entries of table VBOX should be deleted. At the beginning, the deletion is very fast and then it becomes slower and slower.
The database system also scans already deleted entries to find new entries to be deleted.
SolutionWARNING - During the following steps, no background jobs or users may select or edit the billing documents or the rebate agreements.
Edit table VBOX with transaction SE11. Via Utilities --> Database utility, you can delete and recreate the database table. Do not delete the SAP DDIC table!
Now the billing index for volume-based rebate can be set up again. Setting up the billing index for volume-based rebate requires a high effort and should not be carried out without reason.
As of Release 3.0, you can control whether the contents is to be set up completely or partially.
