SAP Note 21631 - Message CR146, creating shifts at the work center

Symptom:

When creating shifts at the work center (CR02 Capacities --> Capacity header --> Intervals --> Insert), the required shift sequence is rejected with message CR146.

Cause and prerequisites

The shift sequence was created with several shifts per day (for example 6:00am-2:00pm, 2:00pm-10:00pm, 10:00pm-6:00am). A free shift was entered for Saturday or Sunday (0:00-0:00). This causes overlaps with the shift from the day before then and then to
the above message.

Solution
Do not include non-working shifts in shift sequences but do not fill in these days. The calendar entered in the capacity header is also used for shift sequences.
