SAP Note 21606 - IDES: Transaction CN08 cannot be executed

Symptom:

When calling transaction 'OPT9' or CN08, the system terminates with error message 'SV138'.
"please first bring functional group 0PSB to 3.0 point!" off.

Cause and prerequisites

This is a check of the entries activated via transaction 'SOBJ' whether the transaction has been created by the customer.

Solution
Check the existing entry in transaction 'SOBJ' with the object
'V_TCN61'.
Call 'new entries' and fill in the following fields and then save.
