SAP Note 21091 - Routing via material not traceable

Symptom:

Routing can only be called via specification of the task list group for display/change, although the routing was created to a material.

Cause and prerequisites

An entry is missing in table MAPL (Material Plan-allocation).
The entry was not created because the indicator 'material allocation (Ind: Mat)' was not set in table TCA01 for the task list type N (routing).

Solution
Using Transaction SM31, in table TCA01 enter an 'X' in field 'Ind: Mat'.
In future when you create a routing, the entry is then made in table MAPL. To be on the save side, compare the table statuses of table MAPL in client 000 with the current client and adjust them if necessary.
