SAP Note 19875 - Surcharge calculation for production cost collector

Symptom:

Where is the default value stored for the costing sheet (surcharge calculation) for the CO production order and the production cost collector (repetitive manufacturing and KANBAN) ?

Cause and prerequisites

The costing sheet for CO production orders and production cost collector is not copied from the costing variant.

Solution
The default values for the CO production order and the production cost collector are stored in the planning profile of the respective order type.

+ Which order type is used:
- for the CO production order you enter the order type
- for the production cost collector the order type is stored in the repetitive manufacturing profile.
Customizing -> Logistics -> Production -> Repet. manufacturing -> Master data -> Repet. manuf. profile.
The repetitive manufacturing profile is stored in MRP screen 3 in the material master record.

+ Which planning profile is stored ?
Customizing -> Accounting -> Controlling -> Internal orders -> Master data -> Orders -> Order types. Choose the corresponding order type and determine the planning profile.

+ Which costing sheet is stored ?
Customizing -> Accounting -> Controlling -> Internal orders -> Planning -> Planning profile -> Maintain. Choose the corresponding planning profile.
