SAP Note 19860 - ORA-1023, problems with the cursor cache

Symptom:

The system log contains the following error message for any number of transactions and tables:

DB error -1023 during xxx access to table yyyy
> ORA-01023: Cursor context not found (Invalid cursor number)#

Cause and prerequisites

Probably problems with the cursor cache.

Solution
Use Transaction SM50 to restart the affected work process (Process -> Cancel without core)

The work processes in the syslog correspond to the number in Transaction SM50.
