SAP Note 19833 - REFRESH FROM SELECT-OPTIONS

Symptom:

The language element variant REFRESH FROM SELECT-OPTIONS is no longer supported in Release 3.0.

The structure that was used in previous releases, SELC, no longer really suits this purpose.

In 3.0 and later, use function module RS_REFRESH_FROM_SELECTOPTIONS - it uses the structure RSPARAMS.
