SAP Note 19733 - ISHCM table NC00 (send logs) become too large

Symptom:

The table NC00 grows continuously during operation of the IS-HCM module. Eventually there is no more space. Various subsequent errors then occur.

Cause and prerequisites

This is due to missing reorganization.

Solution
Table NC00 is used as an HCM send log file. All messages which are successfully sent are saved there in the original format for log purposes.
Storage is left to the discretion of the customer. SAP recommends (in the installation guide, see particularly IMG chapter "Deleting send logs), that all logs more than ... days old are deleted using a cyclic background job. The name of the deletion program is 'RNCUTL09'. You should start the background job name with "ISHCM_" (see IMG chapter "Deleting send logs").
