SAP Note 19175 - MM-WM performance under ORACLE

Symptom:

The stock placement and stock removal performance is decreasing.

Cause and prerequisites

Due to the ongoing operation, index records for tables LAGP and LQUA are constantly generated and deleted again. Under ORACLE, this leads to a loss in performance when accessing these indexes.

Solution
Depending on the amount of transfer orders, index L for table LAGP and the indexes M and P for table LQUA should be reorganized weekly or monthly with the SAPDBA tool.
