SAP Note 16194 - BRBACKUP/BRARCHIVE on NT: Unknown error code: 32

Symptom:

When you start a backup with brbackup/brarchive on Windows NT,
program mt reports the following errors during the first access to the tape station:

Cause and prerequisites

NTBackup, the Windows NT backup tool, was started previously, and set an exclusive lock on the tape station.

Solution
Close the NTBackup window and start the backup again.
