SAP Note 14994 - PA40-MP000100 CUA Menu Missing: Message 264

Symptom:

Transaction PA40 Program MP000000

Trying to terminate an employee. Filled in the INFO group. After saving the initial screen (0000), it takes them to the next info type which is 0001, but an error message comes up:

In 529A they set up an info type '10', termination controllable resign/quit. Once this is selected, they select Info groups. They think that it has to do with code in the operation field. The code comes up LIS9 which gives them the status of "Partially Active"

Cause and prerequisites

Infotype 0001 should NOT be a part of the termination event.

Solution
Delete the entry for the infotype 0001 from the table T588D (accessable via T529A). This infotype needs to exist until the end of time and should not be delimited.
