ORAINST terminates with ORA-00955 during ORACLE migration
after restarting step 2 at CREATE TABLE SYSTEM_PRIVILEGE_MAP.
Due to the restart, the system to create a table that has already
been created. The script $ORACLE_HOME/dbs/migrate.bsq is missing
the semicolons after the statements
DROP TABLE SYSTEM_PRIVILEGE_MAP
DROP TABLE TABLE_PRIVILEGE_MAP
DROP TABLE STMT_AUDIT_OPTION_MAP
Add the 3 missing ";" characters.
