SAP Note 12623 - Single_task database connection from tp

Symptom:

tp cannot establish a single_task connection to the local database.

Cause and prerequisites

The DECnet node name and TCP/IP host name do not agree with
the DB host name. (upper/lower case).

Solution
Make sure that the names are entered case-sensitive.
No alias names are evaluated.
